BIA Report Structure

The BIA Report documents which are the critical business functions where the impact of any severe disruption to “normal” business operations will be most threatening to the organisation. It also defines the time within which this impact will be come critical and hence by which the functions need to be recovered. The BIA report provides the basis for the continuity plan which will be prepared as the outcome of the overall BCP project.
