Bomb Threat Procedure

Your staff are no more likely to receive bomb threats than staff in any other company. It is prudent, however, to ensure that all staff are aware of how they should handle such incidents. The threat can, of course, take other forms but the most likely would concern placing some form of device and making telephone threats. Most of these calls will ultimately prove to be hoaxes but initially they must be handled as real. Although the increasing levels of terrorism throughout the world increase the possibility of an attack, the threat could also come from extremist groups or disgruntled individuals.
